Well, maybe the video isn’t that shocking but I’ve always wanted to put that in a headline.
The cold, hard fact is that my cohort in this digital publishing effort and I engage in a wide range of disturbing activities, and among them are videos. We both love video as a method to share ideas and break up the monotony of the giant blocks of text. We flex that love at Isn’t Rocket Surgery, where we regularly (?) post videos on everything from world peace to holiday celebrations. Inside that range is, of course, room for digital publishing. Which means every so often you can expect to see one of our videos here when that topic arises…

Penguin Books has a publishing arm called Book Country aimed at indie authors. Penguin says it is a great resource and community to help new people get off the ground, but some authors are highly critical of Book Country. So what is Book Country all about, and is it Good or Evil?
